Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 3–6 hours (up to 24 hours during peak sales periods).
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UAE and Saudi public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link within 24 hours after dispatch.

We operate two main fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery across the Gulf region:

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to customs or courier delays.

GCC shipments are generally fast-tracked through customs.
Any import duties or taxes are charged by your local customs office and are not collected by Thickly.
UAE and KSA VAT is included in your order at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before completing checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or cause returns.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Most orders are delivered to your doorstep or reception.
Couriers may request a signature or hold your package at a local facility if delivery is deemed unsafe.
Use a work or attended address whenever possible to ensure smooth delivery.
