These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thickly™ website, products, and related services (“Services”). By purchasing from or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully along with our Privacy Policy.

Thickly™ is owned and operated by Gammoh Cosmetics Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to this entity.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
• Provide accurate account, shipping, and billing information.
• Use our Services only in compliance with applicable laws (UAE PDPL, DIFC DP Law, and international regulations).

3. Orders & Payments

• Prices are displayed in your local currency (taxes included unless stated otherwise).
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
• Orders are processed quickly; changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud, bulk reselling, or misuse.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Domestic UAE orders ship via local courier partners; international orders are handled through trusted logistics providers.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs or external courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

We follow a fair return policy:

• Damaged or missing items: Report within 7 days of delivery for free replacement.
• No-results guarantee: After 120 days of consistent use, if results are not as expected, contact us with before-and-after photos for a refund.
• Incorrect addresses or refused deliveries: Additional fees may apply.
• Unopened products: Eligible for returns within 14 days (shipping not included).
• Certain items (gift cards, BOGO promotions) are non-refundable.

6. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

All ingredients are disclosed on our website. While our products use high-quality, tested formulations, customers with medical conditions should consult a physician before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and designs are owned by Thickly™ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use any content without written consent.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, courier delays, customs issues, or losses arising from misuse of our products. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, or through arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules.
